From its founding over 70 years ago, Grangetto’s Farm & Garden Supply in San Diego, CA has been committed to investing in its community. As an influential part of the agriculture industry, Grangetto’s sees a responsibility to use their God-given abundance to plant seeds of hope in dark places.

HOW?

Su Refugio brings food, education, skills training, and gospel hope to vulnerable women and children in South America. From the rural brick-making community of Tobatí, Paraguay to shanty towns in Peru and the dangerous neighborhood of Rafaela, Argentina, widows and orphans are finding new hope for the future.

What is Su Refugio?

“Su Refugio” translates to “His Refuge.” We care for children who experience routine malnutrition, neglect, and abuse. Su Refugio also offers widows and single mothers the opportunity to pursue meaningful work through strategic skills training.

By extending Christ’s love and compassion to these women and children, our ultimate goal is to bring them the hope of the gospel.
